Purpose and Expectations Of Booster Members
PSGB includes all parents of the Rainbow team members. While gymnastics is a challenging and worthwhile endeavor for our children, it also offers financial challenges to parents. The cost of training can be expensive, and the cost of competition can add unpredictable expenses to the budget of the gymnast. The booster club was formed to help support the competitive aspects of gymnastics, and to promote opportunities for our athletes to compete both nationally and internationally. Our primary purpose is to raise money to enable our gymnasts to participate in and travel to competitions throughout the United States and the world.

PSGB depends on the collective cooperation of its members to achieve the goal of helping the gymnastic team. The booster club helps to offset a large amount of expense associated with competitive events that would otherwise have to be paid by the families of the gymnasts on the team. The PSGB demands a level of commitment from each of its members through both financial contributions and through help in running fund raising events and meets hosted by PSSG. Each member of PSGB is expected to attend the general membership meetings, and to do his/her fair share in helping the PSGB meet it's obligation.
